1. It always depends on where you're going. If you're going to a party, a sexy look is to put on a light shade of black eyeshadow and eyeliner. Wear a nice, silky dress or skirt and shirt.
2. Wear open-toe shoes or flip-flops. They look cute.
3. Paint your toe-nails and nails hot-pink, to show you're a girly-girl.
4. Carry a handbag wherever you go, stuffed with make-up supplies, including a small pocket-mirror.
5. Put on light eyeshadow but dark mascara. It looks really cool.
6. Wear long, silver, hoopy earrings with your hair tied in a ponytail.
7. Decide what hairstyle you want. If it's the messy look, use a curl shampoo and when the effect finally works, mess it up with your hands.
8. Otherwise if you want straight hair, straighten it with a very good straightner, brush it to make it completely straight and down, then use anti-frizz serum.
9. Mix-match outfits. It always works!
10. Wash your face everyday. If you don't, it can cause acne.
